if you ever want to feel as if you are part of a world of magic...
So I finished the book last night after reading it for four hours straight. In one word...uh-may-zing!
Kendra and Seth are still at their Grandparent's at Fablehaven, and their parent want them to come home, but if they do they are in great danger. Their grandfather keeps buying them time to let them stay, but it won't work much longer with school around the corner. Seth has a deal with the satyrs and that is how they find out about the evil nipsies. Not knowing was is causing creatures of light to turn to creatures of darkness, they all set to find out.
With Kendra being fairykind, she gets chosen to be part of the Knights of Dawn. They go to Lot Mesa, another hidden preserve in Arizona to recover a second artifact that the Sphinx wants. They want to keep it from him, not know if he is a traitor or not. But the artifact is already gone. It resides at Fablehaven.
Back at Fablehaven the shadow plague is spreading rapidly now and they still don't know how to stop it. Soon, the Brownies are creatures of darkness and have booby trapped the whole house. Without being able to leave the preserve they all go to the pond.
Kendra talks to the Fariy Queen again and she aids them, after her grandparents, dale, tanu, and warren have been captured by Ephira, the creature creating the shadow plague.
What do they do, and how do they do it? Will Fablehaven finally fall this time, or will they find a way to save it in such a short amount of time?
I recommend this book to Harry Potter readers, and if you like fantasy and magic. Fablehaven will take you away until the very end.
More to the Fablehaven series coming soon!!
