This is a very provocative, thought producing how-to manual. The advice stated in this book is very do-able and makes sense on every level. This book is based on common sense, integrity and balance. The major premise of this book is that one can not desire a positive, healthy, abundant life and at the same time live a negative, unhealthy lifestyle and expect to might our deepest desires.
One very great example is dealing with health and weight loss. The condition we are in reflects our beliefs about the way we think about ourselves and the way we treat ourselves. For example if our goal is to have a healthy, trim body yet me misuse our body and engage in our unwholesome habits we are not in balance. Ones thought life and lifestyle must be in sync, because we ultimately get what we think about the most.
