Good

I read this book in school and I thought it was pretty good.

A young girl, Jesse, lives in the 1800's. Her mom is a midwife and Jesse loves to help her. Lately her mom has been working a lot. Jesse soon finds out she is going to be faced with a big challenge.

Jess finds out that its not the 1800's and its are time. She also finds out she lives in a museum where people come and see what it was like living in the 1800's.

When her parents and everyone signed up they were promised the would get modern day medicine and when the reached a certain age the could know about what year it really was and everything and when they became adults the would have the choice of where they live.

But things change and they don't get any of the things promised to them. Jesse is faced with many challenges when its up to her to sneak out and go to the real world so they can get modern day medicine or all the kids will die. Jess has never been in the real world and isn't used to modern day things.
