The most intense book of the series. All the way through.
Unbeleivably intense. After growing up with the characters and having so many close calls with all of my favorite characters, I was strongly moved by the events that happened. Many lives are lost and some of them did not affect me much.
The whole series comes together in this book. Any questions you ever had are answered and everything makes more sense. If you have yet to read it, I suggest you stop reading this because I am about to give it all away, unless you have no self control, then feel free, just don't yell at me for ruining it.
When the group comes to retreive Harry from the Dursley's and all of his friends put their lives in danger to help save him, it made me realize just how long they had been friends and how real their friendship is. I cried when Moody dies, because I thought he was cool, plus he was and Auror which could have been a bigger help in the end even though they won.
I couldn't beleive that Snape was good the whole time. When he killed Dumbledore in book 6 I hated him, and never thought that he was good. But apparently he was. But I still hate him for killing Dumbledore. I don't care if he ended up good and helped Harry, he killed one of my favorite characters.
I hated Umbridge even more than I hated Snape. She was all wrong in the head.
I really thought Harry was going to die in the end, and it was a miracle that he didn't. The ending was so sweet. I am so happy that Harry and Ginny ended up together, and I thought it was amazing that he named his son Albus Severus, then there was James and Lily of course.
Of course Ron and Hermoine ended up together, every one knew that was going to happen from like book 3. But I actually thought that Hermione and Harry would end together at some point, but after book 3 I was like, nope, it's going to be Ron and Hermione.
I was so sad when it was over. I know it had a happy ending, but it was the end of my favorite series.
