Repro:
1. Add a book to your reading list.
2. Remove the book from your reading list and define as read, sometime in the past.
3. View book and click 'Rate this book'.
4. Dialogue appears, with default settings as though the book is still unread:

"This book is on your reading list. Complete these fields to move it to your reading history:"

Expected no text of this sort, given the book is no longer 'on' the reading list.
