I just recently went into my reading history to look for some books I know I read a few months ago, and they've disappeared. Not completely - my notes on the book are still there - but all the rest of the identifying informtion (the title and the cover) are gone. Is there a way to stop this from happening?

I haven't gotten any response about this, so I might as well add to it. I also find often that when adding an edition of a book to my reading list I can see the cover, but then when it is added the cover is a black screen that says "cover unavailable." This is not necessarily important, but I find it odd that it happens.
