There is a record in the Amazon UK catalogue you can use for this book - this requires a bit of legwork on your part I'm afraid - edit your profile, set your Amazon preference to UK, search for and add the book, then edit your profile back to Amazon US.

I'll add a to-do item to let you search the other catalogues more easily if no usable results are found at your preferred catalogue.

There will be an option to add a book manually too in due course.
