It looks like this caused the problems - Revish does support multiple instances of books in your lists (so a book can be in your history and in your reading list for example) but it isn't advertised because at the moment there are no sanity checks as you've found out, and no presentation of multiple copies.

The solution for now is to delete those 3 copies from your TBR list. Please go to your TBR list and use the "del" link alongside the book. You'll need to do this 3 times.

I'll put something in place asap to stop this happening again, apologies for the confusion.
